LiveCambridge was founded by Johann Woodcock, who grew up in Cambridge and whose family roots in the area predate the founding of the United States. He built the site because he cares deeply about the town and wants to see it thrive for generations to come.
The site was built pro bono through Woodcock Management & Advisory, Johann’s for-profit management and advisory business.

Because LiveCambridge is free for visitors to use, we rely on local business partnerships and advertising to help cover the cost of operating and improving the site. We keep those partnerships focused on businesses connected to Cambridge and the surrounding area so that the support behind LiveCambridge also supports the local economy.
